Shipping and delivery methods

Ingenium Naturals Inc. must have received payment in full for the Order before proceeding with the delivery. Orders will be shipped out between 24 and 48  hours of confirming a payment. Ingenium Naturals Inc. shall deliver the products set out on the Order to the shipping address and such shipping address must be in either Canada or the United States. The delivery of products is subject to the rules applicable by Canada Post or the United States Postal Service, the selected suppliers. Products delivered by Canada Post and the United States Postal Service are delivered according to their standards of delivery from Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The delivery delays may vary for remote areas. Ingenium Naturals Inc. will make efforts which are commercially reasonable to deliver the products ordered in a 4-10 day delivery period, but may not be held responsible for delivery delays, losses or damages occurring during the delivery due to Canada Post or the United States Postal Service. Delivery time for international orders may take up to 20 days. Upon delivery of the products set out in the Order by Canada Post or the United States Postal Service, the product shall become your property. As different products may be shipped from different locations, the products in your orders may be delivered at different times.

When you place your order, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your order on the Canada Post or United States Postal Service / DHL E-Commerce websites.

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of 7.00$ USD per shipment to the USA and Canada. Ingenium Naturals Inc. reserves the right to offer reduced or free shipping costs as a special offer or event. It is the customers responsibility to accept shipping rates at checkout.

Some products may ship from different locations and may therefore arrive at different times.

Supplements and Teas will be shipped from our United States warehouse and Personal Care Products and Essential Oils will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

If the delivery deadline is exceeded or if you have received the wrong product, contact Customer Service at to clarify the situation. We would be more than happy to replace a lost or damaged product.
